Enomi is operated by Beijing Fumo Technology Co., Ltd. (北京浮墨科技有限公司). Website purchases are processed by Waffo Pancake.
Current availability
Enomi Plus and Starlight packs are sold on enomiai.com, with Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are not offered yet, and there is no free trial. Prices and included allowances are shown before purchase.
Cancel renewal
For Apple purchases, manage renewal in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. For Google Play purchases, use Payments & subscriptions in Google Play. For website purchases, use the subscription-management link in your receipt, the Waffo customer portal at pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login, or contact support@enomiai.com. Cancel before the next renewal according to the checkout terms. Deleting Enomi or its account is not cancellation.
Request a refund
Contact support@enomiai.com with your purchase email, order identifier, date and reason. Never send a full card number or password. Apple and Google purchases follow their store refund procedures; website purchases follow the checkout provider’s process and applicable consumer law. For website purchases, Waffo Pancake’s buyer terms also apply. We will review duplicate charges, missing access and other billing problems. No blanket “no refunds” rule overrides statutory rights.
Access and timing
Cancellation normally stops future renewals and retains access for the already-paid period unless a refund or store action changes the entitlement. A cancellation alone is not a refund. Eligibility, processing and bank posting times depend on the transaction and provider; an immediate or guaranteed refund is not promised. Contact support if cancellation or refund access is unavailable.
