Delete your Enomi account
You can delete your Enomi account and its data at any time from inside the app. Enomi is operated by the Enomi team (support@enomiai.com).
Steps in the app
1. Open Enomi and sign in. 2. Go to Profile. 3. Tap Delete account. 4. Read the summary and tap Delete permanently. Deletion happens immediately. The same steps work on the web at enomiai.com.
What is deleted
Your account, sign-in links, chats, memories, generated voice and image messages, chat backgrounds, settings and any reports you submitted are deleted from our live systems. Sign in with Apple access is revoked.
Delete some data without deleting your account
In any chat, open Chat settings. Clear chat history permanently deletes that conversation's messages and the memories learned from them (notes you added yourself are kept). What to remember lets you edit or remove each saved note, or turn off Automatic memory. Chat background > Restore default deletes a photo you uploaded. Changes take effect immediately, including in guest chats.
What may be kept
Transaction records required for tax and accounting are kept without a link to your account. Backups and security logs expire on their own schedules. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store, Google Play or web subscription, so cancel it in your store or web billing settings first.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@enomiai.com from the address linked to your sign-in provider and ask us to delete your account. We may need to verify ownership but will never ask for your password.
