Using Enomi
Enomi provides fictional AI character conversations for companionship and entertainment. These terms apply to the Enomi app and enomiai.com. You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live. Do not use Enomi if you do not meet these requirements. Enomi is operated by Beijing Fumo Technology Co., Ltd. (北京浮墨科技有限公司), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China (“we”, “us”). Contact us at support@enomiai.com with questions.
AI, not a person
Characters, messages and generated voices are artificial and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. Enomi does not provide medical care, therapy, legal advice or emergency assistance. Do not rely on a character for important real-world decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a trusted person.
Content and conduct
Enomi is a non-NSFW service. Do not request, create or upload pornography, sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation or sexual content involving anyone under 18. Non-explicit romance is permitted. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate real people, distribute private information without permission, promote violence or illegal activity, or bypass access and safety controls. Report problematic outputs to support@enomiai.com; automated output is not guaranteed to comply with every rule.
Accounts and your content
Protect your account and use only information and content you have the right to provide. You retain rights you hold in your submitted content. You permit us and our service providers to process it as necessary to provide, secure and maintain Enomi, including generating replies, memory and requested audio. Do not submit passwords, payment details or another person’s confidential information in chat.
Subscriptions and availability
Enomi Plus (a monthly subscription) and Starlight packs can be bought on enomiai.com. Before you pay, the checkout shows the price, currency, billing period, included allowances and renewal terms; there is no free trial. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are not offered yet. Free access does not mean unlimited access. Purchases require a separate affirmative checkout action. Website purchases are sold by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax and receipts; its buyer terms also apply. Service changes and restrictions
We may update the service, restrict misuse or suspend access for violations or security reasons. Features and character responses may change; uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Contact support to contest an account restriction. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Enomi at any time and request account or data deletion through support. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription with a payment provider. Material policy changes will be dated and communicated through the service where appropriate; a new version does not remove accrued consumer rights.
