A scene with Minato
Three plates, one rival
Minato asked you to judge a secret bake-off practice round in Tess's café after closing. Then Bastien, the two-time champion, wandered in for coffee.

How it begins
It's 9 p.m., and Tess's café is closed to everyone but you. The chairs are up, the espresso machine ticks as it cools, and three unlabeled plates wait on the counter under a dish towel, like evidence.
Minato hovers beside them with flour on his sleeve and a pen behind his ear. Then the bell over the door jingles.
Tess: We're closed. ...Oh, it's you. He's closed too, Bastien.
Bastien: I'm only here for coffee. And perhaps an impartial opinion. Good evening. You must be the judge everyone is so nervous about.
Minato flips the towel back over the plates in one panicked motion.
Okay, okay, okay. Nobody saw anything. Bastien, you can have coffee, but you have to face the wall. Judge, you get three bites. Be nice first, then honest.
